This still seems positive due to the lighting, but not as positive as before. This particular toy is creepier than the first, and with the addition of the cigarette you definitely realize that this is not a child's toy. The positioning of the toy seems somewhat stand-offish since he is positioned at that angle. The inclusion of the cartoon drawing helps keep the piece positive with the text emphasizing that these are adult toys, but in a more positive way than the creepy new toy.

I'm not sure about the choice of font. I feel like it doesn't work with the drawing very well. Maybe a hand-lettered approach would have looked better? The choice of "child's play?" is good, as is the decision to use the cartoon speech bubble, which ties it back to the comic strip look of the previous postcard.

I would have liked a continuation of a bright background though if this is supposed to be a positive image. The background is too neutral and doesn't lend anything to the mood of the piece. It makes the tone even more ambiguous. If it's supposed to take a turn for the negative, a darker background or more shadows would have been helpful.
